Neurological physical therapies focus on neurological disorders and diseases, including Stroke (such as Ischemic Stroke and Hemorrhagic Stroke), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Parkinson's disease, cerebellar degeneration, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
Through history taking; assessment of consciousness, mentality, muscle tone, reflex, movement control, senses, balance and coordination, muscle strength, joint mobilization and gait; therapeutic goals and plans will be agreed on to recover from impairments and bring daily lives back to normal.
